Tu Meke

The Black Sticks ladies left Argentina with some silverware after they drew the final Test against Argentina 2-2, with a superior goal differential across six Tests giving the Black Sticks the series. The kiwis came from behind via goals from Kirsten Pearce and Kayla Whitelock, with Whitelock scoring the second goal to draw level thanks to a crunching first-time shot into the bottom left corner.

The Black Sticks men also offered up some tu meke loving, with a 4-1 win over Malaysia in their first Test. This was Ryan Archibald's 300th Test and the lads - like the ladies - came from behind as Jacob Smith, Nick Wilson, Nic Woods and Shay Neal scoring goals after the kiwis went down 1-0.

Queen Val is back! Valerie Adams won her 14th national title in the shot put, putting that shot 19.43m which is the best distance recorded in the world this year. Big shout out to Eliza McCartney as well, with the 19 year old dominating the pole vault at the national champs, setting an NZ record with 4.80m which is also a 2016 record in outdoors competitions.

Shaun Johnson and James Gavet were the Warriors' best players in a stink loss to Wests Tigers, tu meke lads. Johnson broke 5 tackles, ran for 78m, had a try assist an offload and a line break while Gavet made his Warriors debut and ran for the most metres of any Warriors forward (138m) in only 38 minutes of footy.

We've got ASB Premiership finalists, with Auckland City defeating Canterbury 2-1 in Auckland before Team Wellington beat Hawkes Bay United 3-1. The final between Auckland City and Team Wellington is on Thursday night at QBE Stadium in Auckland.

Guts Bo

The Breakers saved their worst game of the season for the biggest game of the season, guts bo.

Two games at the Algarve Cup for the Football Ferns and no goals. The Ferns drew withRussia 0-0 after going down to Brazil in their first game and controlled much of the game against Russia but just couldn't get a much needed goal. The face Portugal tomorrow morning so hopefully we see the Ferns gain some confidence in front of goal and continue to build towards the Olympics.

Ah, the Wellington Phoenix lost to Adelaide 4-0 but not after enjoying a wealthy of typical Phoenix possession and opportunities. The only stat you need to know however is shooting accuracy, with the Nix operating at 33.3% while Adelaide finished with 87.5%.

The Warriors once again lost their first game of the season, more stink though was Ben Henry's knee injury. Henry has a long history of knee injuries and had just come back from a season-ending knee injury in the 2015 pre-season, immense guts bo.

The Chiefs got touched up by the Lions at home as they missed 28 tackles to 20 from the Lions, guts bo.

Adam Thompson bruh, upto? Guts bo.
