Mystery Doc - His talent has always been obvious, but I always wondered if we'd see Jarryd Hayne reach his 09 peak again. He's currently soaring.

The Bain - Andrew Fifita. His stats were brilliant. Tackles, metres, tackle busts. And he came back on with both bones in his arm broken. What a beast!

Battler Making His Mark

Mystery Doc - Good to see the return of chief battler Matt Prior with the Sharkies. Hardcore chief battler that lad.

The Bain - (this season he has been) Ben Barba. Was a solid as performer in the win over the dogs. Especially on defence he has stepped up.

Young Gun Watch

Mystery Doc - Mathew Wright has been on the scene for a while with the Sharks but boy oh boy, he could be forging himself a career with the Cowboys.

The Bain - Tautau Moga was awesome on attack in the mauling of the Tigers. Bright future for him!

Thing I learnt

Mystery Doc - Josh Reynolds isn't very smart ... neither am I for taking this long to realise that.

Standout Team Performance

Mystery Doc - The Cowboys were up against a pretty weak Tigers unit but they looked super slick with their whole team chipping in to wreak havoc.

The Bain - For me it's Souths over Manly. Huge win and very impressive. But also what a comeback by the Knights. I was stunned!

Who Needs A Hug

Mystery Doc - Everyone hates Billy Slater, I quite like him ... he gifted us the World Cup as well as giving the Knights a helping hand. Give him a hug.

The Bain - Sharks. Their woes continue. Another close loss but also even more injuries.
